Depending on the products ordered or depending on current stock, we may use different print providers. Therefore there could me more than one tracking number. I will do my best to send you additional tracking information in these cases. Not all products are shipped together.

This rarely happens, but please send us a message and include a photo so we can make it right! We warranty the item within the first 30 days, so don't delay contacting us!

We get started on your product as soon as you order. If you contact us within a couple of hours we will do our best to cancel production. Once an order has reached production it is out of our control. No refunds will be available for accidental orders.
